🤝 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (KC Digital Academy), filling out an inquiry form, attending a free demo lecture, or remitting tuition fees for any offline or online course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services or submitting personal information.

🎓 Eligibility & Admissions

Our courses (including Digital Marketing with AI, E-Commerce with AI, Performance Marketing, AI Mastery, Website Development, and Social Media & Influencer Marketing) are open to students, college graduates, job seekers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years of age or possess guardian consent for enrollment.
• Accurate Information: Learners must provide true, complete, and accurate personal and academic information upon registration.
• Classroom Seats: To ensure high instructor attention and mentorship quality, in-studio classroom seats at our BTM Layout academy are limited and assigned on a first-confirmed basis.

💳 Fees & Payment Terms

• Fee Quotations: Course fee structures, early-bird concessions, and installment schedules will be communicated formally in writing or via official admission invoices.
• Installment Plans: Where fee installments are approved, students agree to adhere strictly to the scheduled payment dates. Failure to clear installments on time may lead to temporary suspension of learning portal access or classroom entry.
• Taxes: All course fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian tax laws.

🔄 Demo Sessions, Batch Transfers & Refund Policy

A. Free Demo Sessions

We provide a free demo lecture / 1-on-1 counseling session before enrollment so prospective students can experience our pedagogy, meet the mentors, and inspect our live project curriculum risk-free.

B. Batch Transfer Policy

If a student faces unavoidable professional or medical conflicts, they may request a one-time batch transfer to an upcoming regular or weekend batch, subject to seat availability and written approval from academy management.

C. Refund Terms

Because seats are strictly capped per batch and faculty commitments are reserved in advance:

• Course fees once paid are non-refundable after the formal commencement of regular batch classes.
• In exceptional cases where a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days prior to batch commencement, tuition may be refunded after deducting a nominal administrative and seat reservation charge.

🏛️ Student Code of Conduct

At KC Digital Academy, we maintain a collaborative, respectful, and professional atmosphere for all learners:

• In-Studio Etiquette: Students attending offline classes at our BTM Layout studio must respect academy property, computers, testing hardware, and fellow peers.
• Online Session Decorum: Unruly behavior, offensive language, cyber-bullying, or disruption in live interactive streams will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Punctuality & Attendance: To gain maximum benefit from our live ad campaigns and hands-on modules, learners are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance.

💡 Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum blueprints, lecture recordings, case studies, assignments, proprietary tool access guides, and instructional media provided by KC Digital Academy are our exclusive intellectual property.

• Materials are licensed strictly for the student's individual, non-commercial educational use.
• Students shall not re-sell, publicly distribute, torrent, or republish our course videos, notes, or project frameworks.
• Work created by students during capstone projects belongs to the student and may be showcased freely in their public portfolios and resumes.

📜 Certification Requirements

Official KC Digital Academy certificates are accredited credentials that verify actual execution ability, not mere passive attendance.

• Criteria: Certificates are awarded only upon completion of required module assignments, capstone project deployment, and satisfactory mentor evaluation.
• Verification: Each certificate carries a unique Credential ID that employers and HR recruiters can verify directly with our academy.

🚀 Placement & Career Assistance

We provide dedicated placement assistance including resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock technical interviews, and interview opportunities with our network of hiring partners.

While we exert our utmost efforts to connect qualifying graduates with reputable companies and agency clients, final hiring offers depend entirely on the student's personal interview performance, work ethic, and portfolio quality. We do not sell or guarantee job placements.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

KC Digital Academy provides training on third-party marketing tools and platforms (such as Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, WordPress, and OpenAI). We are not affiliated with or liable for platform updates, algorithm shifts, or ad account policies enacted by these independent tech providers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
